What I would like to do is have 3 copies of each at levels spread by 3, (34, 37, 40) and keep using the same weapons. Is there a quality = level formula? I was working on it this morning, but ran out of time, had go to work, (so wasting some time at work, asking the forum). Gearbox Software of course for creating Borderlands 3. xceed software for creating the Extended WPF Toolkit. Benjamin Ruhl for creating AdonisUI, the WPF toolkit. apocalyptech for writing the incredibly helpful guide on parsing weapon serials. gibbed for their Inventory Serial Number Database. So I have began to load some items in my character inventory, but the levels are high, (like 48), I am a Level 34, so I read that that 'quality' is related to the level of the item. FromDarkHell for creating the tool itself. I did not use any of the modification engines back then, but I do use Gibbed for BL2. I am starting Borderlands (shared by a family member) and I have my old files from when I played back in 2010.
